Welcome to Tour Guides Calabria. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our guided tours, genealogy research, and travel services. By booking a tour, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payments
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
- Balance: Due 30 days before the tour date.
- Currency: All prices are in Euros (€).
2. Cancellation & Refunds

| 14-29 Days | 50% of total |
| Less than 14 Days | No refund |
3. Insurance & Liability
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Tour Guides Calabria is not liable for accidents, delays, or theft caused by third parties or unforeseen events (force majeure).
4. Genealogy Services
For “roots” tours, results depend on the state of local records. While we are experts, we cannot guarantee the existence or accessibility of every historical document.
